How do my customers access my class?

Your customers access your class via your Video Player page URL in the browser on their computer, phone, tablet, smart TV, or game console.

They also use the URL to join your class via the My Fit Pro apps for iOS and Android.

All they need is your page URL and either your Class Password or a Temporary Password.

How to find your Video Player page URL

You can find the URL of your video player at the top of your Dashboard. Copy the Class URL and send it to your customers, along with the Class Password or a Temporary Password.

Alternative method

You can also find the URL by using the Video Player:

1. In the menu, click on Video Player

   

2. Copy the URL from your browser. The link will look like https://myfitpro.com/your-fitness-class with your business name at the end instead of "your-fitness-class".

   

3. Provide your customers with the URL and your Class Password or a Temporary Password. That's all they need to log in: just the URL and a password. Too easy!
