Managing access to Live Replay

Live Replay allows your students to replay your live class at a time that suits them. This feature is available as an optional add-on to your subscription. It's also a valuable business evaluation tool. You could use it to allow your instructors to self-evaluate or peer review each other, download the video to submit for formal evaluations, or even turn access off for everyone but yourself if you just want to privately check in how your classes are going. Class Owners are able to manage who has access to Live Replay on the following pages:

Class Password

1. From the menu, click on Class Password
2. Toggle Live Replay on or off. This applies to anyone using your Class Password to log in.

Temporary Passwords

You can use Temporary Passwords to allow individual access to Live Replay. This is a great way to manage access if you want to charge extra for access to Live Replay! Just turn it on for anyone you want to have access, and leave it off for those you don't. 

1. From the menu, click on Temporary passwords
2. For each temporary password in your list, toggle Live Replay on or off.

Team

You can choose to allow Live Replay access to specific team members. This may be useful if you want to provide access to some to view their class for evaluation purposes.

2. For each instructor in your list, you can toggle Live Replay on or off.
