Invite your Team

Do you have a team of instructors or class managers working for you? You can add them to your Class Owner Dashboard as a team member! 

By inviting your instructing team to use your dashboard, they'll have access to live stream via the My Fit Pro app. They can also access Stage Mode for when they're teaching their class, and view comments from previous classes.

Role types

There are three user roles you can choose from:

1. Class Admins can access all pages relating to your business and perform any action, such us updating the class password, adding temporary passwords or changing subscription details.
2. Class Instructors are able to view your live stream, Stage Mode, stream details and login/comment activity. They can't access the class password, temporary passwords, or subscription details.
3. Class Managers are able to view your live stream, Stage Mode, stream details and login/comment activity. They can't access the class password, temporary passwords, or subscription details.

How to invite your team

1. Log into your Class Owner Dashboard and click on Team in the menu.
2. Click on Invite Team Member

3. Enter the team member's name
4. Enter the team member's email address
5. Choose the role
6. Click Add. Your team member will receive an email asking them to accept the invitation to join your team.

7. Your team member enters their name (this will be pre-filled based on what you entered in Step 3, but they can edit this if they like).
8. Your team member chooses a password.
9. Your team member clicks Continue.
