Temporary Passwords
In addition to your standard Class Password, Temporary Passwords allows you to create an unlimited number of additional passwords that will automatically expire after a predefined number of days.
Some examples that Temporary Passwords can be used for are:
- Time-limited promotions eg. 1 day pass, 2 week pass, monthly promotion.
- Creating individual passwords for each of your members.
Create a Temporary Password:
- Log in your Class Owner Dashboard.

On the left menu bar, select Temporary Passwords.

Click on New Password to open the password creation form.
- Specify a Name. Make this something meaningful to you, so you know what it's for. For example: "Saturday Celebration"
- Specify a Password. For example: "letsparty"
- Specify a Start date. This can be today, or a date in the future.
- Optional: Specify an End date. Leave this blank if you want it to work indefinitely.
- Live Replay: choose if you want members who use this password to have access to Live Replay (if enabled on your account)
- Click Save.
- Easily copy your temporary password by clicking the clipboard icon, then paste it into communications to your members (eg. email newsletters)
